Well many start with blogger platform because its free and easy to setup for a newbie to starting with their own blog. I had also personally started with blogger platform to start my very first blog. Actually Google is pretty much rich :D ! So they can easily permit us to show ads and all!! After all Adsense Adwords all are Google Products so as Blogger!
