Tips to Develop One Way Links for Your Blog
One Way link is process of getting link from a website without linking back to it which helps in getting good results in search engine ranking. One way link is kind of a non-reciprocal link. Linking to other websites plays a vital role in getting good ranking in search engines. Some time bad reciprocal links can Harm your image but it’s not same with one way link because you choose where you want to link your website.
Here are few tips to develop good one way links:
#1 Evaluate
Before placing link to any website, know each and every details of that website like what is the page rank, what is the online Reputation of the website, what kind of traffic the website generates, etc. It is always beneficial that you should place your link in similar niche website as yours.
#2 Comments
Always Comment on website which have good ranking and generate traffic which you want to target. Commenting is best way to promote your website and thus place one way link. Many bloggers makes a mistake of spamming which should be avoided while making comments. Your comment should be relevant to article and informative.
#3 Submit to Directories
Submitting your websites to renowned web directories will surely help you to get good links and huge targeted traffic. I would suggest you to submit your website through manual way, so that you can choose directory and category which complement your website. They are some paid and free directories available, both are worthy enough to submit your website.
#4 Market your Articles
This is best strategy to show your potential and get targeted traffic. Submit your articles in article directories like Ezine articles or article gallery. Write expert thoughts in your articles and publish it with link of your website, this will help readers to attract to your website and which results in getting lots of loyal readers.
It goes same for guest posting. When you publish an article on good website of having same niche as your website, you will get good one way link which will help you to promote your blog and get huge traffic. You need to communicate politely with the website owner so that he/she can allow you to publish your article on his/her website.
#5 Forums
Participating in forums is next option to develop one way link for your website. When you participate in forums or discussions, leave your website URL with your signature in comments. But remember to write killer comments and no spamming or bad comments will give you good results.
Building one way link for your website is not one day task, it is a continuous process and thus require lots of patience and smart work.

Yes guest posting is my favorite way to get one way links. Had done 3 guest posting so far.
Thanks for your advice , i already post my website into dmoz. Why until now the url still not indexed
IT takes a while until your site is reviewed and eventually approved in dmoz directory. Theyhave high Quality standards for site acceptance.
Guest posting and Commenting works really good! Can you please elaborate more on #4 Market your Articles! I haven really done that before! So kind of confused! Wont it lead to content duplication issue, if I repost my articles to other sites?
I prefer to Comment on dofollow blogs. It brings some traffic plus backlinks. Apart from that it also helps to build the relationship with fellow bloggers. I also suggest others to not use any auto submission software.
Nice tips but, most of the directories which really worked are paid directories
I agree with ricky as you stated here. I too believe that if you are a genuine poster then its quite useful to get backlinks as well as traffic from good blog and you can make a good relation from great communication with one another.

Very thorough info coverage, Lax!
My opinion is that the Quality of an one way back links portfolio is largely given by the Webmaster’s ability to establish relations and establish himself as an authority within the niche he’s operating in.
Articles and directory submission are great link sources, but building one way links from directly contacting other authority webmasters is a strategy that sets websites apart in SEO competition. The reason why is that your control over that targeted site is close to zero, compared with article directories and submission sites, where you can personalize a ersource box, or pay for acceptance. Of course links also can be bought on private website projects, but this isn’t a subject of this short intervention.
Here are some tips for increasing the acceptance rate for link requests:
> never use automation when requesting a link via email;
> if you get no answer after two weeks sice the email was send, call the man;
> have a thorough knowledge of their website;
> give other content recommendations besides your own webpages;
> request for a feed back on your work;
> offer to interview them;
> offer your services for guest posting and article publishing on their site;
> talk about how a link pointing to your website will enhance their user’s experience.
I know there isn’t a proven tactic to employ for getting a link from a well established site on your niche, but hope these tips will help.
Cheers,
