You must have got what would be my intention by this time! Yes,First we need to set some goals if you want to succeed some where.Ofcourse i know one more quotation “Setting goals is easy,But achieving shows the difficulty” 
Even though nothing we loose by setting and trying to achieve them.So,Here are my goals/dreams for the coming year.

Finding good domain name and Hosting
Good design
Daily atleast one post like you
Some atleast single digit bucks

My goal is to get 1L visitors/month and make $1500 a month.
When it comes to blog count i’m looking for a 3 digit number..

I think you can Do it, if you have plenty of time for managing. I don’t use to blog like I used to now. Because once I changed my job, I have time constraint and often upset me in my blogging life.

Laxman not really I have not set any goals till now, If I set any I will post in my blog definitely.
In fact, if you have 25K page views per month already with a reasonablly low bounce rate, you have the potental to make $300+ already. For 125K page views and 3K RSS, you should be setting an income target of 2000 dollars per month.
Some more detailing will earn more (such as search visit of 70-75%, homepage PR of 4, at least 8-10 PR3 internal pages etc)… Each of these scenarios can be monetized better

Good to hear the figures you are telling but how?
The page views was high for only this month because i got lot of traffic from spanish websites,as they translated my articles to their lang and linked to my site.And also i have shared lot more themes this month.
But howz it possible to get $300 with that traffic. Teach me dude
Do you mean 125,000 pageviews or 1,250,000 pageviews per month? Quite a big difference between the two
