It’s Easy to Get Live Traffic Analysis of your Blog
Now a day, getting web traffic analysis is as simple as Building a WordPress blog. Yes, that’s true; it’s very easy to get stats now. Thousands of tracking sites out there, but what you get and what you need is the difference that matters from provider to provider. If you’re really serious about your business, then you need to get each and every movement of your site/domain.
Why Should We Analyze?
One should analyze their business sites for 2 basic Reasons. One is Sustenance and other being Improvement. Whole online business industry is dependent on these 2 factors.
#1 Sustenance: You should be 100% up online to sustain in the market. This is the place where most of the business sites fail to make their mark. Site should be up & accurate to attract the business and to stand as a valuable competitor.
#2 Improvements: The other reason to analyze your sites traffic is to improve your business around the globe. You can know whom you planned to target and where you’re now. This makes a huge difference in online business.
How Much Analysis Required?
Do you monitor your site? How many things/ways you need to analyze in your website? Do you know that we can analyze a website in 53 ways? Even I came to know this when I saw Web-Stat.com reports page. Let me give you some important areas that can be done by Web-Stat & which you need to monitor:
- Geographical Location of Visitors
- Individual Visitor’s Data
- Traffic Over Time
- Traffic Origin
- Navigation
- Equipment Used
- Web-Stat Watchdog
Among these, live visitor data & watch dog are very very important for any type of business.
#1 Live Visitor Data: Unlike all the other stat trackers, web-stat gives you the live visitors data, that mean there won’t be a single second delay. The moment user hits your URL, you will be able to see the country, region & city of the user on the live map. That’s the capacity of web-stat tracking system.

#2 Watch Dog: Watch dog monitors your site round the clock, like your pet in front of your gate. The power of web-stat watch dog is that, you can get live reports per day, month & hour also.

Why Only Web-Stat?
It’s a fact that most of the people online use Google Analytics. But it’s also a fact that they are using Google Adwords to advertise their business. So, you’re depending on a single company to track & monetize, how far it’s good to continue. Thus, let’s go for an efficient & affordable third party, Web-Stat is only the tracker online, giving 53 live reports of your site. Here is a simple comparison between web-stat, Analytics & other tracking systems.

I think having a Live Traffic Analysis Widget in our blog is useful but in the other hand, it could make our blog slow upon loading.
I used Feedjit Live Traffic Analyzer before but I quit using it because I am anxious if I saw my live stats. haahaha…
I also think if I put a Live analyzer widget on my blog it will only make my blog unprofessional looking having nonsense widgets that could interrupt my readers’s eyes upon reading my articles.
I’ll not recommend to keep live widgets or things like Feedjit. Obviously they will pull your legs down, its all better to track backend and check what going on and what you have to Do.
using live widget is bad idea i think it reveal some of your keyword which your competitor easily know and i don’t it good for you.
I personally wouldn’t display public live information on my blog. As well as making it look unprofessional, it’s also giving away valuable information to your competitors.
True, I have same opinion it gives information to competititors, but i think it’s a good way to build relationships with your fellow readers.
Great post sir Lax. I’m currently using Shiny-Stat but I’m not that satisfied. Are these stat service free too?
Its free for 30 days or so…If u like you need to invest around $5 to continue. Just go and check for more
Ok, I’ll try to use it on my next blog.
i am currently using statcounter and google analytic on my blog and happy with their result.but i think to give a try to webstat.
Thnks for sharing.
Okay I just sign up and installed it to my blog just now. I’m going to compare this with Google Analytics and Woopra and lets see the difference within the other stat Tools.
Live analysis is nice to see, but not anymore useful that delayed analysis in the long term. I used to use statcounter on one of websites and it gave me real-time analysis of visitors to the site etc, but when using those stats to improve performance, I might as well have used analytics.
I agree, live analysis sin’t that much helpful compared with those Google Analytics with like 1 hour delay. Because I don’t see much any advantage of live stats.
I’m quite skeptical with regards to the accuracy of most web stats program that’s why I stick to Google Analytics which BTW is free. FeedJit for example messes up sometimes in that it sometimes registers countries wrongly. For example sometimes it registers me as been from Norway or Holland when I’m in Nigeria.
Yes its free and quite good thats why most people use it (Analytics)
Knowin the analysis of your blog is very importent. You need to know about the traffic and source of taffics. I use Google Analatics
Yes I use Google Analytics too and I’m quite satisfied with it.
