Do you know today is 2nd Jan 2009,Ha what’s special? Nothing special, but today is 2nd Jan,2009.So what yar? Don’t be angry i will come to the point before you beat me 
We came into 2009,but still many of our blogs are in 2008.Yes,you forgot to change years in your footer or some where you have mentioned it.I observed many of the blogs, starting from low profile blogs to high profile blogs like JohnChow,DailyBlogTips,BloggingTips and many more… are still in 2008. 90% of the blogs which i follow daily are still in 2008.
So,drag your blog into 2009 Tell us where is your blog,in 2008 or 09? Be honest dude

Yesterday, I was remaking my footer anyway.
I don’t have year at all.I removed it recently when i changed my theme
I notice JohnChow has fixed his. The easiest way is of course to automate this in the footer. You Do it once and then never worry about it ever again.

Hi Lax,
I was Building a website in Septmber of last year. During that time, I’ve used lots of PHP, very handy and one of the features I’ve found in PHP, was you can create have the year change automatically in PHP. So when it reaches 2009, the PHP code will update for you.

Woo… obviously my blog is in 2009 because I started blogging since early January 2009. hehehe
Yeah..I noticed that..many blog Do not changed the year..maybe they don’t know how to change it..
