Duplicate content: Don’t ever try to copy content from other pages and publish it in your blog or web site this would definitely get you penalized in Google. Instead you can read an article and blog about the same in your own words will certainly get you Google’s favor.
Invisible text: Invisible text is considered as a black hat technique to get ranked highly in Google. So Google really takes rid of all the bloggers or webmasters who place invisible text in their blog or website.
Copyrighted content: Copyrighted content will always have its adverts effects if it is used in another blog or website without the permission of the content owner. Forgetting legal violations of the content will also get you kicked out of search engines.
Thus content plays a really crucial role in optimizing a website or a blog, and that’s the reason why content is often referred as King.

Sometimes I add keyword same with my post title on my first paragraph and sometimes it works (at the first page google result). Lax, if I copy the “about me” of something I’d reviewed, is it also be a duplicate content?

I think it would still be considered duplicate content. Why? Simply because it is a robot checking for duplicate content, not a person. I don’t think it can differentiate from parts of the site.

I agree with all your views on better content . I would like to add one thing that inappropriate keyword stuffing should always be avoided. Keyword density should be around 2% -5% in any article, otherwise it doesn’t look natural .
