#3. Ask a Friend for a Blogroll Link: If you have a Blogger friend then why not ask him for a Blog roll link ?
#4. Write a Guest Article on a Reputed Blog or Website: Try writing a Guest article on a high PR blog and use your page address in the byline of your guest post.You can also consider writing or submitting an article in reputed article Directories

Pinging the domain is also a good idea..but don’t know how SE will take up this
Pinging wont help search engines index your blog! Some amount of content is necessary for getting indexed. Dont try to spam or else the domain might get penalized.
Thanks for the tips Lax! But I have my doubts on point 3. Why would anyone want their blog roll point to a domain that only has ads on it (I am assuming the domain is parked).
Yes, good question. That is just to get one way backlinks from other blogs/sites. All those links will be considered to get an PR.

Nice tips, i have started my main site first and blog started later. i think a WordPress blog is easily indexing in search engines.
Not only WP, but if you work smartly you can make anything indexed in days time.
Good tips. I Do agree with you that getting backlinks from dofollow blog by doing blog commenting really helps. Getting blogroll link would be better but you may need to have something up in the site, or else people will ignore you.

Yeap you’re right, all this background works are typically for search engine. I used to write guest post in several blogs to build backlinks, I believe that this way is the best way to build one way backlinks, also it helps to build your brand and Reputation.

If you’re in plan to sell the domain, then i should be unique or good as you said. But if you want to start a blog on your own, then indexing of the domain helps you to get more hits from search engines.

i purchased a domain named loansbuzz.com and it was indexed in search engines before starting a blog.
later i came to knew that it was a domain registered by someone and got expired before.

Good tips. But try to check website on some rank checking site like cubstat,whoislookup etc also help your domain to getting index in Google fast.It works.

I would not say that one should directly gain Do-follow links to his domain without posting anything. I would atleast suggest uploading an “Coming Soon” Photo on the domain and then getting links to it.
That’s a neat way to get your blog indexed immediately, and not having to wait until after your content is up and waiting to be read for Google to notice you. This, along with a decent sitemap would be ideal.
I think there is not too many people accept to make a link for domain which not used yet. So, for me, forum signature is the best since there is no rules about forbid not used domain.
We can simply make a lot of post, and that’s mean a lot of backlink

Builiding just a few links wil get your blog indexed in Google. If those links are quility you wil get indexed even faster. Commenting on Do follow blogs is also a good method to increaseing your backlinks and getting indexed.
