		<description>Google still believes no one can compare to the human&#039;s creativity.  Even the most powerful computers can not create new ideas.  Only humans can do it.  That is why, Google gives importance to creativity.  I think, they allot 2 hours of their time everyday to let the employees do what they want to do.  And then at the end of the week, each employee will present what they did.  Many new Google services came from this exercise.  Now they are going to implement the same but everybody are allowed to join.</description>
