Post title has significant important, but the style varies depends upon the readers.
If you have lot of RSS readers then its important to concentrate on them rather than concentrating on stuffing keywords which makes your readers disgusted.

yes it is well said that first impression is last impression.. so you should choose a best and good title for your post so that it would be a correct title for your post. and if you can use different title from another one. because if visitor find the different title for your post it will attract towards it easily. but title should be according to your post.
