I am on athaualpa theme(i am not sure with the spelling) and it offers more than 200 customization. So if you are good at customization you can design your own theme from your admin panel itself. It seems they have some pretty good themes. I like that you pointed out that "refund policy" as I guarantee that will scare off some potential buyers. Not a good business practice if you ask me. I am sure they will lose a lot more potential customers versus the amount of refunds they would have received.
