Comment Subscribe(Notify me of followup comments via e-mail) Plugin
Assume some visitor commented on your blog asking a question, normally you will give the answer under his/her Comment. But user expects an easy way like sending answer through email. How is this possible?

That tool help keep discussing live on interesting blogs. Very bad thing is it cant be used on Blogger blogs. So, Word Press rulezz

I think you still don’t know that you can subscribe to comments in blogger blogs.
It is just the blogger who don’t know the process to enable the Comment subscription.

I love this plugin, and it works for me, but if you like to get more traffic and less spammers, try using the Comment luv and keyword luv and make your site a Do follow site. Most commenter will respect your article by giving a Quality comments. “Luv” plugins will drive your blog more traffic.
It would be better if WordPress implements the “Notify me …” option into the comments system in the default installation itself
