Clickfraud is really bad, if some body is envy of your blog they will use it as a medium of blocking the account, extreme care should be taken, i believe before hand only we should prevent this from happening.

You’re correct man. If that was the case about 90% would have blocked.

But as lax said it depends on your site size and number of clicks per impressions you’re getting.
