Best Adsense ad units and Places
Earning money is the first target for most of the bloggers online. Nothing wrong in that, usually everyone will try Adsense first. When it comes to results you might found that the blog with less traffic than yours will get more $ into their bags.
That all depends on the tricks they are using in choosing the ad unit and choosing the right place to display them. Here today i will share some of the tips covering which ad units to select? and where to place them?
Even there are many sizes available around the market, Google Adsense teams suggestion is to use
- 300×250 medium rectangle
- 728×90 leader board
- 160×600 skyscraper
Some success words from Google:These ad units have proven in the past to deliver better results for both publishers and advertisers. Advertisers favour these formats, and if you’ve receiving all ad types, you’ll find that advertisers will specifically target your sites more often. If you position your ad units well, users will be more likely to see these ad formats and find an ad that they’re interested in.
When it comes to place, the best place to choose is top and bottom of the post and upper sidebar. I felt many times that, It would be great if Google provides 125*125 ad format in Adsense.

I think 125X125 is best for direct ads or from ads like buysellads! In Adsense where many ads appear on a same block don’t you think it will be rather a disadvantage for us to show up only one ad on a unit and it will eat up 1 out of 3 available unit??

Google Adsense have already 125*125 format to be place on your sidebar.
I also tried it and it works well just like a sponsor ad on a site.

Sometimes I put my ad block above the title of my posts. I usually used the 468*60 banner ad…
Best Adsense ads unit is on top of the blog and top or just below of the post. My friend who are an expert in adsense advice me to try the spots
