man, i really love the idea about multi-author blog.. but at first i need to make my blog stand up so i can easily find someone to help me.. who want to be a author for some low traffic blog right?

Haha yes you’re right. But it’s not too matter for me, Building blog together with another author in same blog, and seeing the grow of the blog is interesting things.
I could definitely use the added support and seasoned writing skills of other bloggers at my site, but I also would rather keep complete control of it. At some point I will need to learn to let go and let it grow.
it is a great way to expand our blog…since the work of 1 person will be divided into many people (no of authors) so the promotion also gets easier since all authors will promote…so easier to gain popularity too…
Also, if there is a problem, solution idea can come from more than 1 people. And because it will be a discussion between author when there is a problem on their blog, the decision will come wisely and the best one.

Yes the next best thing to have a multi-authored blogs is to get a guest blogger. This way you can check the post/article first before it will be published.
Having a blog with several authors is definitely a plus. As you mentioned, it gives the blog a number of different voices and perspectives. It also keeps that lone single author from crashing and burning by trying to keep up with the demands blogging can often create. Great post and wonderful blog. I stumbled here. Glad I did

Speaking as a reader, I generally prefer single author blogs mainly because I like to get to know the writing style of that author. But there are some excellent Quality multiple-author blogs coming up now. What I am finding is that many bloggers who are already successful in their own right are teaming up with others and then forming a multi-author blog.
Ever participate on commeting in a blog with multi-author (more than 2). It’s bloggingtips, Do you know it? It’s high Quality content and frequently updated.
Problem come when there is a time of decision should be created, sometime there is a contra between author. Well, but the benefit of having multi author is more than the problem.
I think this idea a bit hard to apply to the new website. we would not have to pay for them. So there must be other than a special budget for adwords and other marketing Tools. how effective this way?
