Ok..let me explain..we have to choice either use free promotion or paid promotion..paid promotion or paid marketing is like putting a banner at others blog or using google adwords..the choice is in our hand..for me it’s better to go for free method..
Yes free marketing is organic. But you really need to weigh things. Do you get more for what you paid? If not then its not effective in your case.

I agree. I Do love freebies too but I still weigh the time needed to use those free services. If it takes a very long time in order to benefit from it, I would rather spend my time looking for another similar service which is also free. I do believe that even free services have competitors.

This is very true. I tried traffic exchange sites before and I always end up where i started. Maybe, advertising is only good if your site is like TZI (with lots of information).

For me, it depends upon the situation. There are sites that really deserve to be visited but has no enough exposure. Paid ads may jump start the flow of traffic.
