As you mentioned here, it is not so easy work for submit article. Most of blogger like me doing alone, we have lack of time for write article for our own blog, So its more time consuming for write article to submit for article site.

I hardly submit article on Ezine as I can not get such time for write article.

Over links in your article upon submitting it in some article directory like ezinearticles might affect the approval of your submission.

The link from PR0 blog commenting is not too usefull but it’s still counted as backlink.
