8 Steps to Reduce your Blogging Stress..!
There will be often times when you will find that you are stressed out and nothing’s working on your blog. You may have a lot of pending tasks at hand, incomplete projects to complete, Unfinished posts etc. You may also feel the effect of writers Block. You start Writing but the creative Juice doesn’t come out. How Do you get over this “Stress of Blogging “? Well here are some measures that can prove to be useful.
1. Stop Starting new projects, finish the Old ones first: When you face too much pressure over your work and with your blog its time you stop starting new projects and ventures. Starting a new Project is all right but only when Your Head is empty and your desk is clean. If you already have pending tasks there is no way you can start a new project and complete it in time. It will again stack into your desk (or hard drive) and eventually die.
2. organize your writing: One of the principals of successful writing is how you plan your Blog posts. When you have a nice idea about a Post write the title, instead of finishing it in one go write some of the main points in brief and save the post as draft. The next day when you open the draft you will have a clear idea of the post you are going to write and where it will end up. Working in segments improves the Overall Quality of your work without getting stressed out.
3. Avoid Multitasking: Most Bloggers have a very habit. As soon as they Hook Into Internet they open their IM’s, Social networks, Blog dashboard all together. This complicates the process and you end up wasting time. Instead allocate fixed hours for checking emails, Blog stats and you will see the difference. As for example : you can allocate a Fixed day in your week for detailed checking of your Google analytics stats and preparing targets for the coming week. Rest of the days Just see the daily Visits and quit.
4. Clear The Garbage: I don’t mean about your backyard garbage but the unnecessary files in your hard disk and FTP. The more elements you keep the more they hinder with your concentration and take away the focus. So take some time out and clean up unnecessary files from your computer and FTP. When you have cleared out those “junks” you are already one step ahead and looking at things that you really need to work with.
5. Schedule, Schedule, and Schedule: Scheduling and automating tasks have a huge advantage. They immediately take out the pressure out of your mind. If you are able to Schedule 14 posts for the coming two weeks You would feel more relaxed , don’t’ you ?
So it makes complete sense to Schedule your Posts and automate daily tasks. A typical example may be Instead of taking database back ups manually you can use a plugin to email a daily database back up and completely forget the issue. Similarly take some time off on weekends, write 4-5 articles from the coming week and you will end up doing more.
6. Do not store everything in your head: whenever you have an idea do not store it in your head. Instead write it down immediately. This has two advantages. First, you never forget the ideas and second by transferring your ideas from your brain to paper you have already outlined it.Now you need to pour in the information and take necessary action. Keeping ideas in head is a bad practice and eventually results in forgetting them.
7. Outsource (If possible): If you can afford it outsource some work. Allow guest articles to be written in your blog and if your blog is popular some of your fans will always respond. If you are Unable in getting good guest articles offer a trade and hire paid writers.
8. Don’t Get Burned Out: Always take short Breaks while you are working. Keep a jug of water and some dry food nearby. We are all human beings and if your body becomes tired your mind cannot produce. Go offline, have some coffee and breathe fresh air. Sometimes you need to recharge your batteries and refresh your thoughts.

In the first, you need to learn about time management. After understanding it, try to apply it but still be careful. Start from adding 1 blog, and if it’s OK, you can go for another blog.
Nice tips. Looks like this can solve my problems.

Thank you for your tips! The first thine “Stop Starting new projects, finish the Old ones first” is always my problem! Thanks God, i’ve managed to Do the old project first now!
Wish you have a nice day
It’s quite strange when know there is some people make new project when old one is not done. I think, normally, project should be created and done one by one. If only 1 project finished, so you can make a new one.
For #1, how about new project deadline is scheduled more faster than old project? Of course it should be done first.
