There are many new young bloggers out here who plans to earn some quick money out of it. They start their blog with the sole purpose of earning money. Although it’s true that blogging can definitely help you in earning good amount of money, you need to keep some important points in mind before going for money blogging. They should be very clear about what they are getting into. Here, I present to you 6 most important points to keep in mind before starting your blog.
#1 Prepare to Write for a Long Period Time
If you believe to earn from the first month of blogging, then you are in the wrong place. One has to write for at least 10-12 months before he can start getting money out of his blog. At the same time, one should also be writing Quality contents to drive traffic in to his/her site. We can see many bloggers who start their blog with lots of interest but give up within few months as they don’t earn out of it by that time. You need to be patient and wait for 1 year to get the cash rolling.
#2 Choose a Topic on Which you can Write and have Interest
This is another very important point to keep in mind. You should choose the topic of your blog very wisely. Just because one topic is more popular to the readers than other doesn’t mean you have to write on that. Write for a topic you have interest in and which you enjoy writing. Also, don’t make your blog a mixture of several topics. Keep it specific to a certain subject and post articles on that.
#3 Try out on a Free Blogging Platform before Buying a Domain

For example, can you compete with the #1 position of keyword “dog” or “book”? It’s not impossible but too hard
I advice you to choose topic you’re like, but looking for more detail niche. If you love to write about dog, make blog about syberian husky dog or pomeranian dog blog.
I know it’s hard to compete but follow adidas rule (nothing impossible) and nike rule (just Do it).
one more thing, being at no 1 spot in search engine is not guarantee make money for us…

I think a saw a domain registrar that sells domain names ranging from 100 dollars up to XX,XXX dollars. Is this some like a stock market wherein you buy Domains (instead of stocks) for 10 dollars, make it more popular by increasing its page rank and get enough traffic, and sell for a huge profit e.g. 10,000 dollars?
The best thing to Do is to stick with your expertise. So if you like computers then blog about computers. I don’t have any expertise because I like sports, internet, computers, now blogging so my blog is like anything goes.

I think it’s the 1st that is very important. Because, even if you have #2, but you don’t have any commitment at all to post Quality articles for at least 1 year, then everything will be gone to waste.

Make money is not about rank, because there is many way to promote your site for example adword. Site which advertise on adword is not always good rank on natural SERP, but their money making performance is good.

According to Yaro Starak, don’t create another blog if your blog is still on the process of growing.
There is a BIG difference managing single blog and double blog.
Where you focus on one blog, you will learn more and because a guru on the certain niche you cover but if you keep Building another blog because you think that it is good one you will loss your focus and it might end up to blog favoratism on updating one’s blog.
So if you want make another blog because it is useful and great, sell it and build another one. Many gurus already done that like Yaro and Franklin Bishop.

Yes, this called niche blogging. You can update your niche blogs some times. You will get few visitor every day. According to niche of your blog. Like one of my blog gets 2-3 visits per day. I not even updated that blog from last one year. Only have three posts.

If you think you will your readers will be annoyed on the ads, place a minimal ads in your page where your readers would not be distracted.
That’s what I’ve learn but techniques is flexible. Try it for your blog and guess what suits you.

This article is very true! When i started blogging, i opened up 2 blog sites at blogspot. In the end, I lost my passion to continue posting Quality articles.
Thats why its best to start with one blog first then based on your free time, see if you can manage another blog.
I thinks its better for manage one blog rather than lots of blog. As I am just working for my single blog I have gain lots of backlink on my blog and now my blog PR is 3.

You’ve made $500 bucks for 2.5 months? Where Do you get your income? I don’t see any ads in your site except for one affiliate image link. Also your Alexa rank says 575k. I can see other blogs with 30k Alexa ranking not making $200 a month.
there are many ways to make money online..maybe Mr Freeman selling stuff using minisites or using email list marketing..For your information a lot of people make money without having a blog..they use web 2.0 to promote their product or affiliate link..web 2.0 is like squidoo and Facebook

It is not so easy for making money by blogging if your blog Do not drive lots of traffic. I have been blogging since last one year, now I am going to make some buck from my blog.
So more traffic = more earning for sure? It will be happen in case your traffic is targetted and persuated by your content and offer (try to make high conversion)

Lets say your blog is about Internet tips and Firefox put an ad in Adsense and shows up in your blog. Now whether your visitor is from US or Canada or even Singapore, the amount that you’ll get paid if the visitor click on Firefox ad will be same.
Now I see clicks as high as $3 and as low as 1 cent and they differ because the company that putting the ads decided that amount.

It’s based on where the advertiser comes from. For example the publisher shown ads from India advertiser, so if Indian click it, it will earn you more.
I agree in the premise that if you have more traffic then more earnings will follow. It’s the law of averages. If you are getting 1 click for very 100 visits then if you get 200 visits then you’ll get 2 clicks.
