My weakness is in planning. I think that I need to optimize it so can gain more success in future.
I think this is what we lack most…planning. I got the same problem too.
Know your target then choose which medium/site to active is most important. SWOT (strength – weakness – opportunity – threat) may helps.

For me i targeted daily 500 visitors for my site, at the 2nd year, but i achieved the same in 4 months after launch. now my goal is Daily 10,000 visitors daily by the end of 2010. working hard for the same.
